Cancellation Policy
Either party may cancel an order up to 72 hours before it is supposed to be shipped or picked up.
This window gives the Celeb plenty of time to find another replacement option. If the Celeb cancels less than 72 hours before the Mandatory Ship Date, they will get a 50% refund, and the Curator will retain the other 50% as a Cancellation Fee.
You cannot cancel a rental after it has been shipped! If you want a refund after an item has been shipped or received, refer to our FAQ about refunds!
Curators can cancel at any time before shipping an item. However, cancellations (and late shipping) are heavily discouraged, and will impact the fulfilment rate shown on a Curator's Item and Profile pages. A cancellation by the Curator within 72 hours of the Mandatory Ship Date will result in 10% of the transaction’s value being charged to the Curator.
Refunds for Cancellations
Any refunds for cancellations, whether full or partial, will either be issued as a refund to your payment method if the original charge was posted, or never post if the charge remained “pending.”
What if both parties agree to cancel an Order?
If a Celeb cancels a transaction within 72 hours before item shipment or pickup, the Curator has the option to "Forgive Cancellation" on the order page, which will grant a full refund to the Celeb.
If a Curator cancels a transaction, the Celeb will have the option to "Forgive Cancellation" on the Order page, which will prevent the cancellation from impacting the Curator's metrics. If the order was canceled within 72 hours of Mandatory Ship Date, this will not waive the Curator's cancellation penalty.
We will consider waiving the cancellation penalty for Curators on a case-by-case basis.
