Celebs often reserve items for major life events (weddings, vacations, etc.), so shipping items on time is extremely important! Please be courteous to others and ship things out on time.

Curators are responsible for shipping the item out by the ship date specified in the Reservation. Each reservation will have a mandatory ship-by date that must be adhered to.

To incentivize Curators to ship on time, we track Curators' on-time shipping rates and display it on Profile pages.

If the Curator does not ship by the mandatory ship date, the Celeb will have the option to cancel the transaction for a full refund.

We will also charge the Curator 10% of the transaction’s value for late shipments, regardless of whether the Celeb cancels the transaction. These proceeds will be deducted from your Celeb account balance, or any amount due on a transaction.
