Condition Photos — Curator

  • Condition photos are an important part of our item sharing process that ensures everyone is on the same page about an item’s condition! We will use these photos to resolve disputes about item damage.

  • Curators should upload photos of the item taken less than 24 hours before shipping or handing off the item.

  • Upon return of the item, Curators should take photos of the item when opening it on the day of delivery. If the item is damaged, reach out to the Celeb to discuss the damage.

Condition Photos — Celeb

  • When the item is delivered, you should open it promptly and take condition photos! This ensures that you won't be responsible for any damage that occurred before you received the item.

  • When boxing the item up to return it, you should take another round of photos to document the item's condition after your use.
