Items should arrive to the renter in the condition described in the listing! If there are stains or imperfections on the garment, these should be disclosed in the listing and included in the reservation’s condition photos.
Celebs should take photos of received items within 12 hours of delivery. If the item is received in poor condition, the Celeb may return the item the same day and request a refund.
Curators are responsible for ordinary cleaning in between reservations. If an item has irremovable stains that are large and noticeable after cleaning, the Celeb is liable for repair or damage reimbursement.
Celebs should not try cleaning items before returning to Curators! Celebs are responsible for any damage that occurs from improper cleaning. If an emergency spill happens and cleaning is essential, communicate with the Curator for best practices on cleaning the item before doing so.
