What is a Lookbook?
Lookbooks are collections of items on Celeb. You can add items from anyone's closet to a lookbook, and choose whether to make it public or private. You can also make collaborative lookbooks with your friends!
Use Lookbooks to share outfit inspiration for a party, plan for a trip, or show off items in your closet!
Where are Lookbooks Shown?
Lookbooks display at the top of your Profile. Once you create your first public Lookbook, the Lookbook section will be publicly viewable on your Profile, and your Public Lookbooks will display to anyone that visits your Profile.
Clicking on a Lookbook will open a display that shows all items within that Lookbook!
What about Private Lookbooks?
Private Lookbooks only show to you and any Collaborators for the Lookbook. A Private Lookbook is marked by a gold lock over the Lookbook's Cover Image.
Creating a Lookbook
You can create a new Lookbook in one of two ways. First, you can quickly create a Lookbook while browsing Items by clicking the Lookbook icon at the bottom right of an Item card. This will open the "Add to Lookbook" popup, where you can name a new Lookbook, select whether it is public or private, and create it by tapping anywhere on the New Lookbook row! You can edit the new Lookbook's info or add contributors at any time from your Profile page.
Alternatively, you can create a new Lookbook by clicking the icon next to the "Lookbooks" header on your Profile page (shown below).
Creating a Lookbook from the Profile page allows you to upload a cover image for the Lookbook, and invite anyone that follows you as a Collaborator, enabling them to add Items to the Lookbook too! Once you type a name, the Create button will become clickable.
Adding and Removing Lookbook Items
You can add Items to a Lookbook via the Lookbook button at the bottom right of an Item Card, regardless of whether it's on the Feed, Search, Item, or Profile pages. Clicking the Lookbook button will bring up the "Add to Lookbook" prompt, which allows you to create a new Lookbook with the Item, or add it to an existing Lookbook.
If an Item has been added to one of your Lookbooks, the Lookbook button on the Item card will be filled in. When viewing the Add to Lookbook popup, Lookbooks that already contain the item have a gold checkmark next to their name. Clicking a Lookbook that contains an Item will remove the Item from the Lookbook.
You can also remove Items from a Lookbook when viewing the contents of a Lookbook by clicking the X at the top right of an Item's card.
Editing and Deleting Lookbooks
To edit or delete a Lookbook, open the Lookbook and press the three dots at the top right of the Lookbook popup. You can rename the Lookbook by choosing "Rename," change the privacy by tapping the Public/Private toggle, or Delete the Lookbook by pressing Delete.
