How to Price an Item

  • You should price items based on its value and condition. Look at similar listings on the app to get an idea!

  • You will set a per-week price for each item! After entering an item's retail price, we will suggest a rental price for you based on market trends, but you may want to go higher or lower depending on the item. A rare, sold-out item may demand a higher price. Older items may command lower prices.

  • If your item is rented for more than a week, additional days will be charged at a pro-rated basis. For example, if your price is $70/wk and the item is rented for 8 days, the price will be $70 for the first 7 days and $10 for the 8th day, for a total of $80.

  • Celebs can submit offers for lower prices on your listing page!

  • On your Manage Closet page, you can choose to add discounts for rentals lasting more than 14 days and those lasting more than 30 days to incentivize longer-term rentals. You can also set bundle discounts if someone chooses to receive 3+, 5+ or 10+ items from you. These discounts can be adjusted for each item, or globally on your Manage Closet Page.
